New Year, New Car Shoots!

Being a huge car nut, geek, aficionado, and lover of all things fast, I had the best New Year’s day ever – I got to shoot 2 great cars for Art and Speed Classic Car Gallery in Collierville. The first was an immaculate 1968 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds. The car looked like it had been driven off the showroom floor! Perfection is the only way to describe the looks on this car, inside and out. Here are a few from the first shoot.

After shooting the Hurst Olds at a warehouse, I next spent some time with a 1964 Imperial LeBaron. This gorgeous royal aqua colored car reminded me of the old Lincoln Continental my mom used to drive back in the 70’s – giant trunk you could swim in, huge back seats, and a hood that reached into the next county. This car has a push button automatic transmission, electric windows, and a white leather interior – just a beautiful car. I was racing the sun as it set to get all the angles but managed to make some beautiful images of this antique luxury car.
